Depending on your level, you will receive loyalty points. For every Euro you generate in rake or pay in tournament fees, you will earn 10 Loyalty Points.

These are used to calculate and set your level. Your loyalty level is measured on a month-to-month basis and you must reach a point requirement to remain at your level.
If you do not reach these points, you will drop down one level.
As you can see in the table below, the higher your level, the more reward points you get.

You can find the details of your Loyalty Room and your level in the My Account section of the poker client. You can convert your points into money at a rate of 100 points per 1 euro.
