How the refund works

Every time you play at Partypoker you will accumulate points. You will earn one point for every dollar of rake you generate, and those points can lead to a refund.

Current qualifying formats/stakes:

When an eligible player plays Hold'em or Omaha fastforward, in the specified games, during the hours listed in the tables on the Boosted Hours promotional page, players will earn an additional 4 points for every $1 of rake.

The specified games and times will be updated weekly with any changes available on the Enhanced Hours promotional page from 00:01 BST every Monday during the Promotion Period. The exclusive Short Deck promotion.

The times listed are the start times of each driven hour and are listed in BST. The Boosted Hour lasts exactly 240 minutes (4 hours) each, from the indicated start time. Only the Rake collected during the hours will count towards the Boosted Hours multiplier.

The rake is "collected" at the point the hand ends for all players contributing rake in that hand. Boosted Points are added to an Eligible Player's total shortly after each Boosted Hour ends; they will not appear "boosted" during real time.
